GarageBand has more options than you'd expect from an entry level app which makes this easy to use DAW so much more fun to use! This guide will help you get started with your GarageBand app.

Mixing Time!

When you first step into mixing, knowing where to begin in important. You've worked so hard to get great sounds in the tracking stage, now it's time to make those tracks sound as good as they can together. 

Professional Sounding Tracks

This video offers the most basic approach to mixing, before getting into the more complicated methods.

  • Clean up any parts of the sound file that are not needed and make sure all of the takes you want edited into the final wave file are added.
  • There are presents you can use on instruments and even vocals.
  • You can make adjustments to the effects. Press Ctrl B to access the Controls for effects such as reverb.
