Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research Guide

When citing generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in your academic work, follow these guidelines:

Be transparent about your use of AI.  Report what tool you used, for what purpose you used it, and details about the prompt and output. 
Be sure to follow instructions and restrictions, if provided by faculty, regarding your use of AI in their class and their expectations regarding citing it.
