Coe Hall, a 65 room Tudor Revival style mansion, was built for William Robertson Coe between 1918 -1921 on over 400 acres. Today the property is known as the Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park. Planted with imported specimen trees, plants, and flowers, it is a magnificant display of landscaping and architecture, including greenhouses and formal gardens.
