Open your WiFI options located on the top bar and click Open Network Preferences on the bottom of the drop down.
Make sure you are on the NYIT network.
Click the Advanced button on the bottom of the box.
Click the Proxies tab.
Make sure the box for Auto Proxy Discovery is checked.
On the lower box add: *.nyit.edu
Click OK
