Social Determinants of Health are the conditions in places where people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and age that affect a wide range of health risks and outcomes (cdc.gov). Healthy People 2030 breaks SDOH into five key domains:
1. Visit the library website, https://nyit.edu/library/medicine.
2. Click the blue Journals button.
3. Enter a publication title in the search bar at the top of page (may autocomplete) and hit Search.
4. Review access points below the publication title.
5. Click an access point to forward to the library subscription. You will have to log in if off campus. Please note any embargoes (full text delays).
