Reverb, or reverberation, is the result of sound reflecting in different spaces. Auditoriums were designed specifically for this purpose. Sound can fill a space depending on the surfaces that surround those instruments. Piano concert, orchestras, and drums will travel to all the edges of the room so that it is possible to hear from long distances.
