Students often ask the following questions:

Q2. Can I access NYIT Library databases remotely (from home or office)?
A2. Yes. In most cases, you'll be asked to LOG IN using your myNYIT Portal/ NYIT e-mail username & password. From ON CAMPUS, login is NOT requred.

A3. Consider contacting and visiting the NYIT Writing Center.
Q4. Where can I get help FORMATTING my research paper using APA (or MLA) style?

For comprehensive in-depth discussion and clear examples of APA, MLA and Chicago/Turabian formatting, an excellent source is Purdue's OWL (Online Writing Lab).
Q5. How do I find BOOKS (print and/or electronic) in the NYIT Library?
A5. Use BEARCAT, the NYIT Library's online materials catalog.
